We’re working exclusively with an established, growing technology business that’s investing in its internal IT team and looking for TWO ambitious IT Support Analysts to join them.

This isn’t about simply closing tickets and passing problems on.

You’ll be joining a small, experienced team supporting around 400 users, working with modern Microsoft technologies and having a genuine say in how IT support is delivered.

If you’re technically strong, proactive and want to build a career beyond the service desk, this is worth a conversation.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering 2nd Line support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, taking ownership from start to finish.
• Supporting users across Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Working with Atlassian/Jira and contributing to smarter, AI-assisted IT support.
• Improving processes, documentation and the overall user experience.
• Getting exposure to wider infrastructure, cloud and security technologies.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT Support, ideally at 2nd Line level.
• Strong Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune experience – essential.
• Experience supporting internal environments of approximately 100–1,000 users.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-service mindset.
• Someone who takes ownership, shows initiative and doesn’t just pass problems along.

Exposure to Azure, AWS, GCP or PowerShell would be a bonus, but isn’t essential but the interest to learn and grow is.
