Duration: Initial 2.5–3-month contract through to the end of the year

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a business-critical CRM implementation. You will manage the programme from planning through to delivery, coordinating internal teams, external suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end CRM implementation plan.
• Manage integrations with existing business systems.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, rollout and operational readiness.
• Manage budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Oversee third-party suppliers and technical delivery teams.
• Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and steering groups.
• Ensure the platform is delivered without disrupting business operations.

Experience required:

• Previous delivery of a large-scale CRM implementation.
• Strong project governance, planning and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing systems integrations, suppliers and data migration.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
• Retail, depot or multi-site implementation experience would be beneficial.
