Contract Project Manager | Northampton | £500/day Inside IR35 | 3 months | Immediate start

We’re looking for an experienced, adaptable Project Manager for an urgent three-month contract based in Northampton.

This role would suit someone who brings structure to delivery, builds strong stakeholder relationships and confidently leads workshops. You’ll be comfortable picking up work quickly, establishing priorities and keeping people aligned.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Leading workshops to clarify requirements, agree actions and move decisions forward.
• Managing governance, reporting and stage-gate processes.
• Engaging stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Coordinating technical resources and maintaining clear project documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• A strong track record of delivering projects through to completion.
• Confident workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• A practical approach to governance, planning and delivery.
• The ability to bring clarity when priorities or requirements are still taking shape.
• Evidence of sustained ownership across previous assignments.

You don’t need to be deeply technical, but you do need to coordinate technical teams effectively, ask the right questions and take responsibility for progress.
