Product Manager – Marketing Technology

£525/day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (Manchester or Leeds, 1x per week)

We’re working with an enterprise client who is undergoing a major digital transformation programme across their European operations. They’re now seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of marketing technology products – with a particular focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), localised websites, and lead generation workflows.

You’ll be the strategic lead for the marketing tech product suite, working closely with regional marketing teams, engineering, and third parties to improve digital experience and optimise campaign performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for SFMC, landing pages, and campaign tools
• Translate business goals into product requirements and user stories
• Work cross-functionally with development teams, marketing, and agency partners
• Drive adoption of new marketing capabilities across multiple regions
• Analyse performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product features
• Ensure integration reliability between SFMC, CRM, and content platforms (Sitecore, WordPress)

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital or marketing tech environment
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS platforms, and CRM systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering digital products in Agile environments
• Understanding of GDPR, API integrations, and marketing workflows

Contract details:

• Day Rate: £525/day
• IR35: Outside IR35
• Hybrid: 1 day per week on-site in either Manchester or Leeds
• Duration: 6 months initially, with scope for extension
