IT Project Managers, want to work on a huge digital transformation project for this manufacturing / eCommerce monster? Then Project Managers, here you have it

We are looking for experienced digital Project Management resource to help this business navigate this massive digital transformation, and key to this is the addition of another IT Project Manager who must have experience running Sharepoint Projects to help them deliver some key IT software and application projects within a huge programme of work. This role falls inside of IR35 but is paying up to £700 a day. This contract is an initial 3 month contract.

The clients office is based near Northampton & it is assumed the role will be a hybrid office / WFH so candidates should be able to get there for approx. 1 day per week max.

Some of the key responsibilities this Project Manager will own include:-

• STRONG Sharepoint experience
• Identification of stakeholders, creation and maintenance of a stakeholder matrix and communication plan
• Delivery planning based on high to detailed requirements captured in epics, features, user stories and tasks
• Management and maintenance of dashboards and data in Azure DevOps including status of work items, risks and issues, feature delivery plans
• Management of muti-functional delivery teams with complex dependencies
• Weekly Report production for Senior and Exec level visibility
• Stakeholder alignment sessions where transparency and alignment are a priority

In order of delivery on these responsibilities, we’ll need you to have the following.

• Sharepoint
• Strong Project delivery and stakeholder management experience
• Delivering of technology projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Delivery of multiple complex and simultaneous technical projects
• Change management
• RAID management
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Applications at an Advanced level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• SAFe practises (highly desirable)
• Azure DevOps (highly desirable)
